There are 16,200 public libraries servicing 3.7 billion visitors annually and there is little ongoing marketing support promoting the value of the library to the community. A.C.E. has created the Library Marketing Network to use these outlets in beneficial ways for them and their business supporters.

The efforts here is to provide the hundreds of children focused charitable organizations a new "no cost" way to add continuous revenue to their coffers via a "marketing cooperative" platform. It will enhance their ability to raise funds and expand their supporter base.
